Gods Always There

Have you ever thought about the things you have gone through as a child or an adult the bad things is what I am referring to right now. How you have hung on to them like an extra bag weighing you down. Well I have reflect back on the days of my childhood and wonder where was God then? Was He to busy for me, couldn't He  hear my cries, did He just not care at all? No! God has never been to busy to answer our cries for help He is there! I think back to times when I was in a dangerous situations where I could have died or maybe even worse killed someone. Yes, not just because of drinking but because of my angry heart, something I have learned to control and have only been able to accomplish that through the love, grace and mercy that came only from  my Lord and Savior. What you don't think He cares enough for you? Well, He sent HIS ONE and ONLY SON to die for you and me. That is the great sacrifice!!! Jesus came to earth by His Fathers (God) request. Jesus gave up His heavenly seat to come to earth to live and die for us. Through His life here on earth He suffered everything ANY human would suffer not just yours or mine but everyone. This is hard for me to imagine. I know how horrible I have felt just by going through a few things in my life and I know that if I had to take on the whole worlds sin, sickness, heartbreak, and everything that happens through out life I couldn't survive that, yet Jesus did so He could fulfill His Fathers request. There is no sin to great for Our Lord and Savior to forgive, we just need to go to Him and open heart and mind and truly repent of our sins. Repenting is changing our ways and trying to not repeat the sin, right? well sometimes the same old sin appears in our life so we take it back to the throne of God and He forgives us again. We serve an awesome God who only wants for us to be His and we can.

There are the times when I ask God to help me or save me from a situation true, but I wonder how many times He has been there to protect that I have no clue about.
Because of not only His life  on earth and not only because of His death but because of His Resurrection  we can all be free of excess baggage.

John 8:32  "Then you will know the truth.,and the truth will set you free."

 Thank You Father God

God Bless each of you who come here.

Through It All

My days are filled with so many thoughts and ideas I wonder at times where they are all coming from? Do I just conjure up these thoughts or are they from God? To find out where they come from and if they are something my Heavenly Fathers is asking me to do or guiding me in a specific direction I do several things seek Him in prayer, ask a Godly friend or family member, go to the scripture. I have a family member who is very good at giving me direction along with scripture and encouragement. I thank God for that. There are many of you out there that have noone to go to even for prayer. I would like you to feel comfortable enough to come to me for your prayers or if you just need to share. God has given me a good listening ear.

I have gone through many tears and and have suffered the sting of death by losing loved ones. Sometimes I don't know what is right or wrong but I do know who knows the answers for me and for you. I have learned to seek Him through it all. There is no one greater then He is and His word is true and we can trust in Him with all of our problems or joys. Sometimes failure is not the only thing that maybe difficult success also can change who we are and where we are going. So we need to learn to trust in all things the big and the small. I thank Him for all the trials because they have taught me to trust Him and I would never have learned what faith in God could do and has done for me.. Praise God...

I have traveled many place and have seen many people in all walks of life but sometimes I am still lonely thats when I have to remember He is there through it all.

My All and All

Well I have been out in the desert I think. When you are out in the desert you even have a choice there. You can die of thirst or you can call on God for some living water, also a sand storm could wipe you out, cover you with dirt but God can reach you there and clean up all the dirt. He has done it for more times then I can remember. God is Awesome.

What God is to me: Almighty, Beautiful, Comforting, Divine, Everlasting, Faithful, Good, Holy, Intimate, Just, Kind, Love, Mighty, Noble, Omnipresent, Powerful, Quiet Time, Righteousness, Savior, Truth, Unity, Values, Wisdom, X ?, Yielding, Zealous.

Saying what He is to me daily reminds me that He is my all and all. The words that describe Him change because I feel different things and He is so much more then just 25 words.

I hope these words encourage you and you can make a list of why God is YOUR All and All.

God Bless Till the next time.

Our Amazing God

Today as I am looking out the window seeing so many different trees, leaves and flowers with none of them being alike I am amazed at what an awesome God we have. My thought continues in that direction thinking about all the amazing facts about our God. Like He knows every hair on our head yours, mine and every person that has ever been born. The sand on the beaches, the stars in the sky, and created our bodies to function properly. As you know I could go on and on, but I think you understand how 'Amazing our God is.'
I have a hard time visualizing that. Not only that He is here with me right now and is over in Iran, Iraq, and Egypt throughout the whole world. Dosen't that just amaze you that we serve such a Mighty God. Besides knowing everything about each human, He also knows the sands on the beaches. We serve an Awesome God! So why is it that when we feel depressed or down, hopeless, unloved?  Why do we not go to That Almighty God.  We seem to go to other things that are close and we think maybe is an easy fix. There are consequences to take that type of action when God requires so little just that we would believe in Him. Most people are running from God instead of to Him. Why? Because they fear Him? There is nothing to fear IF you are seeking God He will be there it is, you and I who need to accept Him. He is waiting for us not with an iron hand but with a scare filled body and hands.  He ultimately gave His life for us. After giving His life three days later, He rose from the grave that gives us complete freedom in Him and the opportunity to see Him in Heaven and remain there with Him for an eternity.
I can look back, see Gods action in my life and the lives of my children, grandchildren, and hope to continue to see that faith and action continue to grow.  God has a plan and a purpose for each one of us and He asks, that we just read His word and follow His guidelines to pray and seek His plans for us.  God only sees the best in us He looks at what is in our heart, Lord I pray that I could look at the people I love that are in my life as well as the dirty lonely person on the street and the person struggling with addictions and depression or confusion. In addition, look at them with Your eyes Father God.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
I know what I am doing. I have it all planned out--plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. "When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I'll listen. When you come looking for me, you will find me. "Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else. I will be there."

Todays Thoughts on Pain

Have you ever thought about all the pain that there is in the world? The pain that we go  through daily some days more easily then others. But there is still pain whether it be physical, spiritual,or mental. Sometimes we look at our lives wondering why am I going through this when someone else never seems to be going through any pain. People are very good at hiding their pain so not to have anyone think that their lives are not 'perfect'.The one thought that continues to remind me of the fact that there is always hope, is that Christ suffered all that we have and will, and yet He remained sinless. Our faith and trust in Christ will bring us through any thing and cause us to grow and mature.  God said in His word, "He would not leave or forsake us."  So that is where I put my confidence each day.  Now remember I did not say, it would be easy!

My first posting...

This is something that I have had on my heart for years and have decided to reach out to anyone anywhere with the need for someone to just listen and to share their heartaches and concerns with.
